Graphic Designer

We’re partnering with a growing agency seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer to join their creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and storytelling—bringing static concepts to life through compelling motion graphics and visually engaging creative. You’ll play a key role in developing content across digital, social, video, branding, and presentation materials while helping shape scalable design systems that maintain consistency across channels. What You’ll Do Create motion graphics and animated content for social media, web, video, and digital campaigns Develop storyboards, motion concepts, and visual narratives Design high-quality static assets including presentations, social graphics, branding materials, and digital content Build and maintain scalable design systems that translate seamlessly into motion Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to bring ideas to life Ensure projects meet high standards for design quality, consistency, and execution Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in motion design, visual design, or a related creative field Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of motion principles including timing, pacing, rhythm, easing, and transitions Exceptional eye for typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for digital-first environments and social platforms Ability to balance speed, creativity, and attention to detail Agency experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Passionate about motion design and visual storytelling Stays current on creative trends and emerging digital formats Thinks strategically and builds scalable design solutions Takes ownership of projects from concept through execution Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality If you’re a creative professional who loves bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and motion, we’d love to connect.
