Teaching/Supervision: Resident/Teaching Supervision Required

Practice Highlights:

Long-term vacancy with ongoing coverage
Office hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
3 4 half-day clinics
2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms
Office procedures include vasectomy, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, and prostate ultrasounds
Hospital performs 4 8 procedures per day with a broad range of general urology cases
Well-equipped practice with modern cystoscopy and ultrasound equipment
Preferred call coverage is 24/7. The facility is open to two locum providers sharing coverage or an alternating on/off schedule to create a balanced rotation.

Requirements:

Board Certified in Urology (Required)
Active Ohio License or IMLC (Required)
ACLS & BLS (Required)
Must provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage
Must be willing to supervise APPs and participate in resident/teaching supervision
