We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded General Manager to come on board as a founding team member. You will take full ownership of our brand-new studio’s success before day one. While you will oversee daily operations of a world-class fitness studio, your primary directive is growth: Driving sales, generating leads, closing memberships, and building our community. This is just the beginning for MaxStrength Fitness. We have active plans to build more studios across the metro area, offering you an opportunity to scale your career, step into multi-unit leadership, and continue to build the brand alongside us. Compensation: Base Salary, $50,000. Plus performance bonuses & commission. Expected total cash compensation of $70,000+. Strong benefits package included.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality. Experience in direct sales and lead generation.
• Flexibility: Work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support launch events and peak hours.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm – 7 pm
• Wednesdays, Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Expected hours: 45 hours per week
