RBT/ABA Therapist- Morning Hours

We provide high-quality, in-home ABA Therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills from infancy to teens. Your Role Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA. Teach skills that enable children to meet their functional goals and needs. Keep track of progress using a data collection system. Career Development Behavior Technician (BT) — We will guide you through the process of becoming registered, provide you with the competency required, and reimburse you for the registration fees. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma. Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course. Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Pass a criminal background check. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Schedule Part-time hours — 10-20 hours per week. Monday–Friday; Weekends as needed.
