Workplace Experience Associate As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for clients and visitors. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors; greet with a welcoming demeanor Issue visitor and parking passes; follow security protocols Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers with professional solutions Organize and manage on-site events (secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies) Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety Coordinate with vendors supplying workplace services or goods Explain detailed information within the team; follow manager's directions Perform clearly defined duties using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience Ability to follow basic work routines and standards Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset Interview Process 12 virtual or in-person interviews Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
