Junior Attorney

The role will have a primary focus on the negotiation of investment management agreements for the segregated account client base as well as trading and derivative documentations. - Hybrid: 4 days in office per week ISDA master agreement DRAFTING & NEGOTIATION experience Investment Management Agreement and Separately Managed Account experience a plus Buy side experience preferred but NOT required Top 3 Skills: Experience negotiating repurchase agreements and other industry standard agreements (REQUIRED) Experience with separately managed account and investment management agreements preferred but NOT required (will train) Buy side industry experience plus Skills required Any candidate should possess the skills and qualities normally present in lawyers with at least 5 years PQE with the above background.
