High-Reach Forklift SpecialistA day in Grove City, OH (43123)

You clock in, step onto the warehouse floor, and head straight for your reach truck. Pallets are queued, orders are waiting, and your precision keeps everything moving. From retrieving product high in the racks to staging outbound loads, you’re the steady hand that keeps our operation on time and on target.

What your day looks like

• Navigate a reach truck to move, position, and stack inventory safely and efficiently across the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from incoming and outgoing vehicles, placing goods in designated storage areas.
• Perform quick but thorough equipment checks at the start of your shift to confirm safety and readiness.
• Update inventory records and support routine cycle counts to keep stock data accurate.
• Coordinate with teammates and leads to hit daily throughput and accuracy goals.
• Practice and promote all safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Flag and report any equipment issues or safety concerns as soon as they appear.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating reach trucks or comparable powered industrial trucks.
• Forklift/reach truck certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow SOPs.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving setting with deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items when required.
