ABOUT THE FALL LINE
The Fall Line is a premier private destination golf and sporting club located in Southwest Georgia. The Club features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Ogilvy, Cocking and Mead, a 9-hole short course, and world-class shooting, hunting, and angling facilities. Multiple dining and lodging options, together with a 25-acre working farm, support an exceptional hospitality experience across the Club’s 4,500-acre property.
Position Summary
The PM Housekeeper is responsible for preparing and maintaining guest lodging accommodations during the evening hours, with a primary focus on providing consistent, detailed turndown service.
This position plays an important role in creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for members and guests. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, the PM Housekeeper may assist with laundry operations, food and beverage service, dining service, and other hospitality needs as directed.
The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and willing to work across departments to support the overall member and guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Turndown and Guest Room Service
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms, cottages, and other lodging accommodations.
- Prepare beds for evening use and arrange pillows, linens, and room furnishings according to Club standards.
- Refresh guest bathrooms, replace used towels, replenish toiletries, and remove trash.
- Restock water, glassware, amenities, and other in-room items as required.
- Adjust lighting, window treatments, and room temperature to create a comfortable evening environment.
- Organize guest rooms while respecting personal belongings and maintaining guest privacy.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, appearance, maintenance concerns, and missing or damaged items.
- Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or unusual conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
- Respond professionally and promptly to reasonable guest requests.
Housekeeping and Laundry Support
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, hallways, and other Club facilities as assigned.
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.
- Maintain organized linen closets, housekeeping storage areas, and laundry workspaces.
- Restock housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Follow proper procedures for handling stained, damaged, or heavily soiled linens.
- Use cleaning products, laundry chemicals, and equipment safely and according to established procedures.
- Support other members of the housekeeping team in completing daily assignments.
Food, Beverage, and Dining Support
- Assist food and beverage and dining teams when additional support is needed.
- Help prepare dining rooms, private event spaces, patios, and service areas before and after service.
- Assist with setting and clearing tables, replenishing service items, and maintaining clean dining spaces.
- Deliver guest amenities, food items, beverages, or other requested items to lodging accommodations as directed.
- Assist with light food running, water service, resetting tables, and other support responsibilities within the scope of training.
- Maintain appropriate sanitation, grooming, and food-handling standards when working in dining or food service areas.
- Follow the direction of food and beverage leadership while supporting dining operations.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work cooperatively with Housekeeping, Lodging, Food and Beverage, Concierge, Golf Operations, and other Club departments.
- Remain flexible and willing to assist with operational needs outside the primary work area.
- Communicate guest requests, room status updates, maintenance concerns, and other relevant information to the appropriate department.
- Participate in special events, member functions, and other Club activities as assigned.
- Complete additional duties consistent with the position as directed by management.
Member and Guest Relations
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service during every member and guest interaction.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding members, guests, Club activities, and personal information.
- Anticipate guest needs and take appropriate action within the scope of the position.
- Address concerns professionally and promptly involve a supervisor when additional assistance is required.
- Maintain a calm and helpful presence in guest-facing areas.
- Respect guest privacy and avoid unnecessary conversations or disruptions while working in occupied accommodations.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, lodging, hospitality, laundry, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on Club occupancy and business needs.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required.
- Ability to communicate professionally with members, guests, coworkers, and supervisors.

PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to push housekeeping carts, laundry carts, and other service equipment.
- Ability to work with cleaning products, laundry chemicals, and common hospitality equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to move between lodging, dining, laundry, and other Club facilities throughout the shift.

The PM Housekeeper is expected to arrive on time, properly dressed, and prepared to work. The employee must follow all Club policies, departmental procedures, safety requirements, sanitation standards, and supervisor instructions.
Because Club operations are driven by member and guest usage, scheduled hours and assigned duties may vary. Employees must remain flexible and willing to assist across departments when operational needs require additional support.
This position is classified as Seasonal Full-Time, with an anticipated employment season of September through June.
