DescriptionThe Messaging Administrator Contractor provides operational technical and platform support for enterprise messaging technologies across IBM MQ Confluent Kafka IBM Integration Bus IIB and TIBCO This role is part of the Messaging Production Support Team and is primarily focused on IBM MQ administration while also contributing to support for Kafka and TIBCO platforms as needed The administrator will ensure stability reliability and high performance of messaging environments running across Linux WindowsRequired SkillsHands on experience designing building and administeringIBM MQ primary required skillIBM Integration Bus IIBConfluent KafkaTIBCO Rendezvous RVTIBCO EMSStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across distributed systemsExperience supporting production environments in a 24x7 on call rotationProficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems in enterprise settings5 years of experienceDesired SkillsFamiliarity with middleware tools and supporting technologies includingmeshIQ NavigatorAtrium OrchestratorDynatraceSplunkJIRAExperience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or shell scripting for automationStrong understanding of monitoring strategies operational metrics and performance tuningSkill 1 KafkaSkill 2 Websphere MQSkill 3 TIBCO
