Responsibilities: Credit Approval Set and update customer credit limits Release orders based on credit limits Verify bank funds for orders exceeding limits Process lube equipment orders Payment Processing Handle checks received at the Home Office Process credit card payments Reverse ACH and check‑by‑phone/email payments Customer Account Maintenance Manage account acquisitions Correct customer orders Maintain general account information Payment Receipt Processing & Support Handle customer inquiries and payment calls Resolve invoicing and payment disputes with customers and Sales Reps Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies Process journal entries and reconcile accounts Maintain accounts receivable documentation Qualifications: BS or AA in Accounting OR 1+ year office experience in Accounts Receivable and/or credit approval experience OR a combination of related education and experience Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Administrative skills: organization, prioritization, and customer service Ability to maintain confidentiality Critical thinking and discernment skills Physical Demands and Working Environment: Perform job duties in a newly renovated office environment.
