Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult residents in a long-term acute care setting, including monitoring and reassessment of condition.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; manage IV therapy and related procedures within scope.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine skilled nursing procedures; monitor for signs of infection or deterioration.
- Monitor vitals, interpret data, respond promptly to changes in patient status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safe discharge planning and patient-family communication.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in LTAC, skilled nursing, or a related long-term care setting
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
