Commercial Sales Representative

We've partnered with an established commercial window, door, and storefront contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Sales Representative.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and managing the sales process from estimating through project handoff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with commercial contractors, property owners, property management companies, developers, and architects
• Generate new business while growing existing accounts
• Prepare take-offs, estimates, and sales proposals
• Read construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful project execution
• Represent the company at industry events and stay current on products and market trends

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial construction or building products sales experience
• Experience selling commercial windows, doors, storefront systems, or related architectural products preferred
• Estimating or technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
