Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Central Cure Network, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and family units.
  • \n
  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individuals, addressing a wide range of issues including:

      \n
    • Alcohol and substance abuse
    • \n
    • Physical and psychological abuse
    • \n
    • Grief and loss
    • \n
    • Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs
    • \n
    • Work-related stress and medical issues
    • \n
    • Dynamics of blended families and adjustments post-divorce
    • \n
    • Mother/daughter conflicts and communication barriers
    • \n
    \n
  • Monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with other mental health professionals to create a holistic care approach for our clients.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults, children, and adolescents who are navigating various personal and familial challenges. Your approach will be rooted in compassion and professionalism, as you strive to create a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and foster growth within familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • A valid, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
