Assistant Director (Childcare / Early Childhood Education) Children’s Lighthouse Parker – Parker, CO

What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Center Director to lead daily school operations
Coach, mentor, and support teachers
Create a warm, welcoming experience for families
Maintain licensing standards and ensure program quality
Support enrollment, retention, and overall school success
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in early childhood education (leadership experience preferred)
Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for developing both children and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
