Machine Operator - Food Production

We are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a fast-paced food production facility in Indio. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating production equipment and be able to work safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production standards.
- IMPORTANT: Previous Warehouse Machine Operator or Production Machine Operator experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform machine setup and adjustments as needed.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure products meet quality and production standards.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous Warehouse Machine Operator or Production Machine Operator experience is required.
- Previous experience operating production equipment is required.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be able to speak and understand English to safely follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check .
