What You’ll Do Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC lathes Machine complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards Requirements 2+ years of CNC machining experience Hands-on Swiss CNC lathe experience Experience with Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos, or similar Swiss-style machines CNC setup, tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting experience Strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Ability to hold tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment Aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision machining experience preferred Benefits 100% company-paid health insurance 100% company-paid dental and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee assistance and coaching programs Professional development opportunities Multiple CNC opportunities available.
