The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate track and cross country program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court/field operations, throws, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above or one year as a Division I student-athlete. Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as necessary. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree from an accredited university.
