Guest Service Representative (aka Joy Creator)
Location: 4603 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107
Employment: Part‑time or Full‑time; flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Join our Fort Worth bakery where every shift is about spreading joy.
Your Day-to-Day- Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience
- Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration
- Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
- Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
- Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required
