IT Support Technician -MAC

Team Lead – Recruitment Duration: 12+ months Contract to Hire Pay Range $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Job Description Provide on‑site IT support for direct clients at US Tech Solutions, managing a range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high quality service and timely incident resolution. Address personal computer (PC) hardware and software issues, including hard drives, LCDs, USBs, and other components. Provide MAC support – OS and applications. Troubleshoot wireless/network problems. Resolve profile and configuration issues, restore Windows profiles, and install applications that require profile configuration. Deploy and manage wireless certificates for workstations and tablets. Support approved peripherals such as webcams and USB devices. Distribute accessories/peripherals that can be purchased through the customer’s service. Remedy incidents affecting end users, coordinating with standard support teams and billing per agreement. Coordinate loaner PC deployment, management, and return; handle repair, wiping, and integration into the loaner pool. Provide up to 1 hour of labor for a project coordinator for weekly labor monitoring. Support key information technology functions for end users. Qualifications High School Diploma or above. Experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in MAC OS and associated applications. Strong communication and customer service skills.
