Make a direct impact supporting K-12 students by providing school psychology services within a dynamic and adaptive contract opportunity located near Saint Paul, MN. This flexible position is open to both full-time and part-time in-person professionals, and hybrid options may be considered for the most qualified candidates. You’ll play a critical role in fostering positive student outcomes, championing equity, and guiding interventions—all while collaborating with educators, families, and support teams.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Current Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
  • Strong commitment to equity, inclusiveness, and culturally responsive service delivery
  • Expertise in evidence-based school psychology practices including assessment, intervention, and mental health supports

Preferred skills and background:

  • National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
  • Experience with consultation, problem-solving, and intervention within an MTSS framework
  • Leadership and facilitation skills to support and influence adult learners
  • Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health best practices
  • In-depth understanding of special education law and compliance (federal and state)
  • Demonstrated success in urban or multicultural educational settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive school psychology services for K-12 students (no early childhood caseload)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop interventions, and support the mental health of students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure equitable, inclusive support
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute positively to school climates

Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Final working locations will be confirmed during the placement process.
