Job Description Assist attorneys with Social Security Disability cases from intake through resolution. Obtain, organize, review, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and government agencies regarding case updates. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files. Track deadlines and maintain accurate case management records. Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings. Provide outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support attorneys and team members with administrative and legal tasks as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of legal assistant or related experience. 1+ years of medical records experience required. Social Security Disability experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
