This full-time role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, effective communication with patients and team members, and maintaining professionalism. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), proficient verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to lift at least 35lbs. The role includes a mandatory six-week paid training period covering virtual and classroom sessions, as well as on-unit shifts. Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities To learn more about a day in the life of Clinical Technician, please visit: Working as a Clinical Technician (2 Mins) Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses. Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. May perform additional duties as assigned Training Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM) Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total) Virtual training modules. On-unit shifts Minimum Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
