In this role, you will oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency while leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily laundry activities to meet production and quality targets. Supervise, train, and motivate laundry staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance and staff productivity. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or similar operational environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with laundry machinery and maintenance procedures. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
