Audience Insights & Measurement Analyst

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Audience Insights & Measurement Analyst to support their advertising sales and audience strategy teams. This is an onsite contract position based in either Chicago, IL . In this role, you'll leverage audience measurement and media analytics tools to uncover insights, analyze viewer behavior, and develop compelling data-driven narratives that support advertising sales strategies and business growth.

This analyst will partner closely with sales, research, and marketing teams to transform complex audience data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced with Nielsen measurement tools, and able to communicate findings through clear storytelling that influences business decisions. This role also offers the opportunity to expand into additional measurement platforms and data sources while supporting a leading media and entertainment organization.

Required Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
\n
• 2+ years of experience in media, marketing, audience measurement, or analytics
\n
• Prior experience within the entertainment, media, advertising, broadcaster, publisher, or agency environment
\n
• Hands-on experience with Nielsen nPower
\n
• Experience utilizing Nielsen Ad Intel
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and generate strategic insights
\n
• Experience interpreting audience, advertising, or consumer data
\n
• Ability to develop compelling narratives and presentations from data findings
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and methodologies
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
