• 4 ten-hour days or 36 clinical hours with 4 admin hours weekly
• Call typically 1:6 or better, averaging 2 - 3 calls per night
• Integrated care model including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy

• 2 open positions with waiting patient panels
• Passion for serving underserved and migrant agricultural communities preferred
• Spanish-language skills valued; many patients are monolingual in Spanish
