Other duties may be assigned.Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Specifically, roofing, sheeting, soffit, facia, siding, windows, and doors within the Exteriors Department.Keeps the area neat and clean.Reads and uses a tape measureReads blueprints and ordersCommunicate well with coworkersUses hand tools, air tools, and electrical toolsCompetencies Must have a strong work ethicMust have the ability to work quickly and methodicallyMust understand safety proceduresMust have good teamwork skillsMust live the Champion Operating PrinciplesQualifications Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
