Progression to Level 2 depends on completion of all training. Level 2 – Proficient: Works independently on routine tasks with guidance on complex tasks. Demonstrates superior product knowledge and excellent needs-based selling skills. Advancement to Level 3 based on performance. Level 3 – Advanced: Handles complex tasks, resolves problems, mentors Level 1 associates, and may advance to leadership position Level 4. Responsibilities Contribute to branch sales goals through consultative sales, discovering customer needs, and offering solutions. Refer qualified customers to specialized sales forces. Make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships. Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept applications, and facilitate closings while working with underwriting. Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service, acknowledging customers promptly, greeting, and resolving complaints through established processes. Open and process deposit accounts of simple to highly complex nature. Answer and assist customer questions and concerns, including deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, digital options, and competitors to sell effectively. Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives. Use sound judgment in applying bank standards, policies, and procedures. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML program; complete compliance training and report violations. Toolbox for Success Level 1: High School Diploma or GED, current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days, sales and customer service experience preferred, financial service provider experience preferred, college degree preferred. Level 2: High School Diploma or GED, achievement of Level 1 competencies, current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days. Level 3: High School Diploma or GED, achievement of Level 2 or relevant experience, current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days. Relevant military experience considered for veterans and transitioning service members. Physical Demands Regular attendance is essential.
