Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks after accepting assignment
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 3 month commitment required, w/ option to extend preferred.
Shift: 4x10s Wensdays off Housing/Travel: All Inclusive
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Required Exp:
One-year Locums experience along with one-year experience in an FM setting managing routine checkups, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and preventive care. Providers must be able to see All patients. Any missing skills/procedures or limitations on seeing certain patients must be disclosed prior to presentation. Preferred Exp: - Monday through Friday 8 am – 6 pm, four 10-hour shifts
- 16 – 18 patients per 10-hour shift
- Clinic setting with rotation between two locations
- Well child visits and women's annual physicals primary focus
- FQHC experience strongly preferred
