Job Summary Seeking a skilled Electrical Apprentice with 1 - 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be required to travel to various out-of-town job sites and work under the supervision of a journeyman electrician. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety and workmanship. Duties/Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Follow the National Electrical Code and comply with state and local building regulations. Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform electrical tasks. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Attend additional training to enhance skills and support career advancement. Performs other related duties as assigned. Ability to travel and work nights as needed. Willingness to work around active aerial tower activity. Willingness to help tower crews as needed e.g., pull ropes, gather material, install coax connectors and any other duties asked by the foreman. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read blueprints, some job sites will be technical telecom facilities. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs of weight. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat. Have full range of motion. Must be capable of working at heights above 20 feet in lifts or bucket trucks.
