Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate smooth transitions and care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records, reporting any changes or concerns to senior leadership Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including insurance companies, physicians, and families Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and outcomes Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new residents Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve processes and services About the Role: As a Healthcare Concierge at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care.
