Job title: CNC Machinist

Location: Kokomo, IN

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

This position is ideal for a machinist with strong setup and machining experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-precision environment producing custom and prototype components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC machines

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform machine adjustments and program edits as needed

• Verify part accuracy using precision measuring instruments

• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency

• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNC machining and setup experience

• Experience with multi-axis machining environments

• Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Mazak, DMG Mori, or similar controls

• Strong understanding of tolerances and inspection procedures

• Ability to work independently and manage setups from start to finish

• Blueprint and GD&T knowledge preferred
