Principal Project Manager

Managing large and complex projects across multiple divisions, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will plan, organize, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives and effective change management. Key responsibilities Lead and manage diverse projects in Information Technology, collaborating with operational stakeholders Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying interests and priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large and complex projects Experience applying project management methodologies and incorporating process improvement methodologies Proven ability to present professionally in environments such as conferences and meetings Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
