Role Overview We are seeking hard-working and reliable individuals to join our SewerInstallation Team as ExcavationHelpers. This is an entry-level role with hands‑on training provided. You'll assist experienced technicians with digging, trenching, and preparing job sites for sewer and water line installations and repairs. If you're looking for a career path in plumbing and excavation, this is a great opportunity to start. Key Responsibilities Assist with digging, trenching, and backfilling for sewer and water line projects Help prepare, load, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for jobs Support installation and repair of water and sewer lines, laterals, and cleanouts Assist in locating and addressing leaks or damaged piping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as part of a team Operate basic hand tools and assist with light equipment use under supervision Requirements Prior experience with general labor Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to lift, dig, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 100+ Pounds Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must be physically fit and able to work in trenches or confined spaces Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Benefits Hands‑on training with experienced excavation and plumbing professionals Competitive compensation with high earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off to recharge and rest Be part of a growing, forward-thinking company that's raising the bar in home services #J-18808-Ljbffr
