Job Description Epic ESCA – Senior-level expert responsible for ensuring the Epic platform is built correctly, governed consistently, and scaled safely across clinical, operational, and financial workflows. Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating them to delivery teams thereby ensuring right solutioning to the customer. Role Responsibilities Provide advanced oversight of high-impact build decisions, resolve complex cross-functional issues, and prevent technical debt. Protect the organization’s Epic investment by reducing rework, improving system reliability, and enabling efficient delivery of automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Align to the AI Builder profile by ensuring Epic architecture, workflows, and data structures are governed to support AI-enabled capabilities, including automation and decision support. Serve as a quality gate for AI‑adjacent initiatives, validating design, mitigating risk, and enabling safe, scalable adoption. Ensure consistent senior Epic governance and quality oversight, reducing the risk of rework, inconsistent builds, delayed escalations, and operational impacts. Qualifications Epic Compass Rose experience 8‑10 years of relevant experience Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $80,000 – $158,000.
