Job Description
Our client in the Middletown NY area is seeking a provider who is comfortable working independently on a part-time basis to provide coverage to Geriatric patients in a long term care facility. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team. If interested in full-time that is an option as well if there is willingness to travel between two locations.\n
\n
\nNo nights, no weekends. 23 half days per week. The shifts can be either 9:00 AM1:00 PM or 1:00 PM5:00 PM. Flexibility on days per week is available. Compensation can vary depending on the candidate and the arrangement. For part-time coverage, we can consider a per-shift rate or an hourly rate. Most of our providers, work under a production-based model in which they receive 40% of the applicable Medicare reimbursement rate. Skilled Nursing Facilities. W2 and 1099 compensation models available. On-site only (not remote). Full-time postions avaiable if willing to go between 2 locations.
