\n Job Summary \n

Under the direction of a charge nurse, the Patient Care Technician II assists the nursing staff in provision of basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients.
\n \n \n\n
\n Core Job Responsibilities \n
\n\n
- \n
- Responds to any patient call lights \n
- Gives status report of patient to appropriate personnel \n
- Performs documentation duties on unit, which is timely, comprehensive, and concise, in order to provide accurate information \n
- Assists with personal hygiene \n
- Assists with activities of daily living and mobility \n
- Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment \n
- Perform other duties as required \n

\n Education/Experience Requirements \n
\n\n
REQUIRED:
\n- \n
- High School graduate or equivalent \n
- 1 year experience in related field \n
- Completion of a Phlebotomy Course \n
\n \n \n
\n
\n Licensure/Certification Requirements \n
\n \n \n\n
