Subaru Love-Encore Specialist (POST DELIVERY)

Are you passionate about technology, cars, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic Subaru Love-Encore Specialist to join our dealership team!
As our Love-Encore Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for new Subaru owners, ensuring they fully understand and appreciate all the advanced features of their vehicle from EyeSight safety systems and STARLINK infotainment to Bluetooth pairing, navigation, adaptive cruise control, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new Subaru owners 14-60 days after purchase to schedule complimentary one-on-one Love-Encore sessions
- Conduct personalized redelivery appointments, answering questions and demonstrating vehicle technology
- Customize settings for infotainment, driver assists, voice commands, and connected services
- Educate sales and service teams on Subaru features
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups (phone, email, text), and program incentives
- Track customer satisfaction and promote the Subaru Love Promise
What We're Looking For:
- Tech-savvy individual with strong knowledge of smartphones, apps, and automotive technology (Subaru experience a plus!)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills patient, friendly, and customer-focused
- Enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and committed to creating "wow" moments
- Professional demeanor with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean record
