Cubitek is expanding its turning department and needs an additional CNC Lathe Operator to support growing production demands. The company currently operates multiple CNC lathes producing precision components for aerospace, defense, and semiconductor customers.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their CNC machining career in a modern, high-precision manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn setup and advanced machining skills.

The Work Youll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Operate CNC lathes producing precision machined components

Load and unload parts

Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools

Verify dimensions against drawings and specifications

Monitor machine performance and part quality

Make basic offset adjustments as required

Work closely with setup machinists and production leadership

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow quality and safety procedures

Doosan Puma 240B

Doosan Puma 2000SY Turn-Mill

Hitachi Seiki CNC Lathes

Controls

Fanuc

Inspection Equipment

Calipers

Micrometers

Parts are typically small precision components used in aerospace, defense, and semiconductor applications.

1+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience

Ability to read blueprints and basic inspection tools
