NV MH Real Estate license is needed. If you do not have the MH License, the company will sponsor. Great company culture. Compensation $21.00 Hourly + commission basis. Income potential up to $70,000 to $90,000. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K Schedule Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday by appointment General Accountabilities Studies Manufacture Community listings, becoming familiar with properties for sale and surrounding market. Meets with prospective clients and solicits listings. Accompanies prospects to Manufacture Community sites, quotes purchase price, describes features and discusses conditions of sale or terms of the lease. Draws up purchase contracts, leases, and negotiates offers on Manufacture Community. Assists buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal. Obtains pictures and measurements of rooms to include in a newspaper advertisement and booklets listing descriptions of Manufacture Community. Ability to prioritize tasks independently. Inspects Manufacture Community to determine if repairs are needed and notify the owner. As part of community outreach, building strong resident relations with ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courteous, respect, and customer service to self-generate sales. Job Qualifications Beginner to intermediate computer skills Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, Door-to-Door Sales Minimum Education: High School Graduate Minimum Experience: 2-4 Years, or equivalent combined education and experience. Minimum Field of Expertise: MH Real Estate License required but will sponsor if needed Preferred Education: Associate Degree or technical school Preferred Experience: 4 years Weekend schedule flexibility required, with Saturday availability being non-negotiable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cal-Am Properties, Inc.
