Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management

Role Description Location: Scottsdale, AZ (5 days onsite) Eversource Service Desk Technician Primary Responsibilities Serve as a member of the IT Service Desk support staff responsible for installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of workstations and communication devices. Support the IT Service Desk team culture that emphasizes collaborative cross‑functional relationships and service excellence. Manage company assets such as PCs and phones within the ITSM Service Desk tool. Maintain inventory of endpoint device assets, ensuring device security, data backup, and secure network access. Update IT processes, policies, procedures, and knowledge‑base articles, ensuring they are documented, published, and regularly updated. Review service desk metrics to optimize service delivery. Participate in tactical technology planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies. Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field. Proven working experience as a Service Desk Engineer or equivalent. Three years of experience in progressive IT roles. Experience supporting or managing network administration, systems administration, storage, and data‑center operations. Experience with an international company that has multiple locations. Experience with security‑access systems and badges. Experience managing support phone systems and company mobile numbers/related contracts. Strong client focus and ability to manage expectations while maintaining high levels of client trust. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to perform essential job functions. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Desired Qualifications Experience with Windows 10/11 clients, Cisco networking, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Office365 tools, SharePoint, and Infor ERP. Nice to have: ServiceNow experience and/or ISO27001 certification. Ready to work in shifts or rotations. Fluent in American English (speaking and writing). Compensation Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
