Registered Nurse- Home Care Infusion

Location & Shift City/State: Charlottesville, VA. Work Shift: First (Days). Overview Sentara Infusion is seeking a qualified RN to join our team. This is a full-time, day shift position located in Charlottesville, VA. Responsibilities Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to manage a patient caseload and provide integrated care. Utilize clinical knowledge and skills in ports, central lines, peripheral IVs, and medication administration. Adhere to standards of practice, professional performance, ethics, and evidence‑based practice. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required). Registered Nurse licensure, active in VA (Required). BLS certification within 90 days (Required). Experience with ports, central lines, peripheral IVs and medication administration.
