Job Description:
Be the Care Hero: Always treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with dignity, kindness,
and respect. Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts. The work schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7a-7p. Starting pay $20/hour.
● Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to:
bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.
● Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with
company policy and procedures
● Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients
● Visit multiple clients in a day, visit are 1-3 hours long
● Endeavor vehicle will be provided
● Record hours weekly and submit to supervisor

Minimum Requirements:
● Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
● 2 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
● Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening

Preferred Requirements:
● Certified Caregiver or CNA license
● CPR & First Aid certification
● Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray
● AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
