Our organization is currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated team.

We are a physician-led, professionally managed multispecialty group located in Central Oregon, with facilities in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters. Our practice comprises over 160 healthcare providers across 30 different specialties, serving more than 60,000 patients in the region. We have established ourselves as a leader in quality care, consistently achieving a 4.9-star rating or higher on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 for 2022. In 2022, we also launched the community's first comprehensive Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

As we expand our Primary Care Team, we are looking for an Internal Medicine physician to support our growing patient base. Joining our team means you will benefit from:
