We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Automotive Receptionist to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ.Job DetailsSalary: $17 to $21 per hourJob Type: Part-timeLocation: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865Job OverviewAs an Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our dealership. Your role is critical in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining accurate records and supporting dealership operations.Primary DutiesGreet customers and answer phone calls promptly and courteously.Guide customers to the appropriate department for assistance.Maintain accurate filing of receipts, permits, and other documentation for efficient data retrieval.Assist with customer complaints and adjustments, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.Support other employees by sharing knowledge and promoting teamwork.Arrive on time and maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.Adhere to all dealership policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures.Contribute to a neat, orderly, and professional work environment.Perform additional duties as requested by management.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a dealership administrative setting with regular interaction with customers in person.
