- Bachelor's degree or 5 or 7 years of equivalent experience
- 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
- Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment
- Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for fit tests
- Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control operations
- Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
- Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
- Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
- Manage performances of subordinate personnel and delegate responsibilities
