Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Camarillo, CA

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED, PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN FOR THIS POSITION.

What's the Job?

  • Set up equipment to meet product standards for identification, shell painting, retainer loading, contact painting, wire cutting, riveting, contact crimping, and contact hooding.
  • Weigh, mix, and identify items such as inks, paints, adhesives, molding compounds, and potting materials.
  • Perform connector assemblies following detailed instructions and drawings.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Assist and train fellow team members to promote a collaborative work environment.

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing assembly operations.
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to read, follow, and understand verbal instructions, drawings, and work orders in English.
  • Good manual dexterity to assemble small and intricate parts.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle components using bending, reaching, and twisting movements.
  • Employment is contingent upon the ability to comply with applicable export control regulations. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
