Administrative Support Assistant

Duties
Duties listed are at the full performance level, GS-05.
Requisition office supplies, equipment, forms, printing services, maintenance services, etc. as required.
Prepare audits and transmits time and attendance reports for employees in the unit.
Enter data into existing or newly developed databases using work center software systems.
Maintain the unit's files in hardcopy and/or electronic format as required.
Review outgoing correspondence for grammatical accuracy and conformance with policy.
Examine documents and data for completeness, discrepancies and other special requirements.
