Help Build Something from the Ground Up D1 Training Evans is a brand-new strength and conditioning facility, and we're looking for motivated coaches who want to be part of building our team, culture, and foundation from day one. We're not just looking for someone to lead workouts. We want coaches who take pride in developing athletes, building relationships, and creating an environment that keeps members coming back.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25 per group training class or personal training session
• $15/hour for assigned administrative work
• Part-time position with opportunities for additional coaching responsibilities as the business grows
• Evening availability (4:00 PM and later) and Saturdays are essential, as these are our primary training periods

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging, high-quality group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• Provide personal training and individualized coaching
• Teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
• Adapt workouts to accommodate different ages, abilities, and fitness levels
• Help athletes develop strength, speed, agility, and overall performance
• Build relationships with members and create a positive, motivating training environment
• Support member retention through great coaching, accountability, and communication
• Contribute to building the culture and success of our new facility

What We're Looking For

• Availability to coach evenings (4:00 PM onward) and Saturdays
• Ability to lead high-energy group training sessions, confidently engage athletes of all ages, and create an environment where the coach drives the energy and motivation
• Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training certification from a recognized organization (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent)
• 1+ year of experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, athletic performance, or group fitness preferred
• Strong understanding of exercise technique, movement mechanics, and safe training practices
• Ability to confidently coach both youth and adult athletes
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• CPR/AED certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
