Quality RN Educator
\n \nWell-known licensed home care company is looking for a RN Educator to join their team in Westchester.
\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in home care, quality improvement, compliance, education, and staff development who enjoys combining clinical leadership with quality and regulatory responsibilities.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead and manage the organization's education program \n
- Develop and oversee employee orientation and training programs \n
- Perform competency evaluations for nursing and HHA/PCA staff \n
Qualifications
\n✔️ Active New York State RN license
\n✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
\n✔️ 2+ years of nursing experience
\n✔️ Strong knowledge of home care regulations
\n✔️ Quality assurance/compliance experience strongly preferred
\n✔️ Experience with staff education, training, and competency evaluation
\n✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n✔️ Ability to analyze and report performance data
