Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience in Med Surg nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a per shift basis.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
- Maintain competency of clinical staff and manage resources effectively.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering exceptional nursing services.
